While unsure of how it might be worded, it appears overtime for federalizing and making fair the system now rigged state by state to entrench the entrenched elites of each of the two parties against insurgencies. Bernie and Trump clearly are popular figures. Where's the party mentality. Hillary and Jeb. Business as usual. Time for change?

Ross Perot, and Ralph Nader created a panic where roadblocks were duly installed by the duly elite and entrenched persons of each party, who, after all, know best.

And what now? Two ultimate candidates each with a stench, hold your nose, pick the lesser evil?

Will there be blowback? There seems to be a disproportionate sense to DC's media-mania focus.
