This actually happened, Javier Milli of Argentina came out from behind the stage curtain and brought Musk, at CPAC, a chainsaw which Musk waved about and the image and video of it is all over the web. Pick your outlet/post of the event, as it was.

Two things. First, Musk was intentionally unclear, calling it "the chainsaw for democracy," while dressed yet again all in black like a warlock, the clarity question being was/his intent "for democracy" to be target or beneficiary?
Second, as a guess, MbS declined to be the one showing up and handing over the chainsaw.

Few words. Major importance. While Elon was prancing around with a chainsaw the formal Trump appointees were holding a press conference full of lies and half truths, and notice Trump intends to steal Ukraine nature resources and to throw Zelanskyy under the bus. That was for the insiders, the chainsaw dance for the MAGA supporters. Showing Trump's regard for them and keeping them on script. A tangible demonstration they, at CPAC, can take seriously, because it is at CPAC.
The press has been given its attention, and told the spin. Let's see who spins it as counseled, who gets fresh and candid.

Steven Miller talking about the millions already rounded up and deported, all criminals; the finance guy talking about how Elon's cut his two trillion of fat from spending, and how the tariff threats and such as is price-happenings at grocery stores being unrelated, the latter being Biden's fault, just occurring now after Biden's left. Everybody's heard of aftershocks. The dark clouds are Biden aftershocks, but happy times really are here again. And we can now trust that the Zelanskyy tyrant who will not hold and has not held elections will come around to embrace the Trump terms of a fair Ukraine ending if he simply survives under the bus and comes out a better believer, having gotten his mind right. No wonder Trump told Elon to jump around at CPAC as he did before the election, and this time use a prop. It was because Trump is modest to a fault about how good a job he'd been doing and did not want to look as if too full of himself to appear boastful and immodest, traits he has always shunned, taking the high road, always, instead.
