I only know what I read on the Internet, and sometimes it's not needed to read between the lines. Sometimes things are said that stand on their own.
Did you think he meant you, when he said Great Again? Go figure. Great Again for the truly grateful. (Gratude scales, and the most grateful separate themselves out.)

Coincidentally, only knowing what the Internet tells me, I stumbled upon an Ian Bremmer TED talk. Look back at the photo, weigh it in terms of Bremmer's presentation. There are problems, but understanding even a part of them helps.
