$300,000 on account, for the Ramsey HRA, represents an awfully large pool for consultancy fishing.

At the last HRA special meeting, Oct. 16, when earmarking forty-five grand or so for stuff Bray and Landform would do re the area around the Sunwood rerouting in Town Center, someone asked Ulrich about how much money the HRA had on account, now near year's end, and Ulrich quietly as if he did not really want to get into a discussion of it, replied that around three hundred thousand was there.

By year's end, what will the balance be? My bet - less than three hundred grand. Are there any takers on the other side of that bet? Are there any takers on the other side of that account?
