Am torn. My own moral code is very anti-drug, and not too positive on alcohol abuse, either. So, I actually liked this result of defining conditions with access under clinical trial environments, and limited access. Totally get how it upsets proponents, but I think it's a bill that can actually get Legislative AND Executive traction this session.

Wes - Half a half of half a loaf gets small. Just follow Washington and Colorado, and the police can recruit their informants from those using other controlled substances, and leave the potheads alone.

Those saying "nanny state" seem to overlook the obvious, but there's the song, "It Ain't Nobody's Business but My Own."

How it should be, and back during Nixon times George Schultz said end the war on drugs and save time and money and put resources into pursuit of crimes with victims. Not that the NRA would want that ...
