Anoka County Polar Bear Plunge. Tell your county board rep, or your city council member to go jump in the lake.

The Anoka County Plunge will be held at Crooked Lake, 13180 Crooked Lake Boulevard Northwest in Coon Rapids. The Plunge begins at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014.

Pre-check-in will be held Friday, Feb. 7 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. at the Plunge site. Day of the Plunge check-in will be held from 10:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the Plunge site as well. In 2013, more than 690 brave souls took the Plunge in Anoka County and raised approximately $139,203 in support of Special Olympics Minnesota.
