Judge Chutkin, presiding over Special Counsel Trump Indictment re Jan. 6, will take briefing (likely kept under seal to not prejudice a jury pool) on the question of whether Trump's J6 actions were official acts, factually, or not. And whether if unofficial acts, is the indictment and proffered admissable evidence sufficient to go to Trial. Leading to a detailed record, should her ruling be appealed.
