A locally reported story, Seattle Times. The headline tells the gist of the story, whether a sanctioned oligarch owned, with the yacht properly seized, or whether a different oligarch, not sanctioned, was true owner?
Reporting of "straw purchasers" of firearms abound, the practice being curbed as much as possible - where a former felon uses a different person to buy handguns.
The "straw purchaser" dimension grows here, to a nine-figure alleged value and/or purchase price; with contemplated drydock upkeep measures alone costing millions.

UPDATE: The world is fucked up big time where at the same time you have ownership of a nine-figure boat, while Gazans are being starved intentionally, and others elsewhere on our planet are simply starving, and Americans are living in tents either because they have no other "home" or because they protest something.
If the world were engineered better that would not be, but if the world is engineered, it's fascism, and that's no great answer to anything either.
