Why it is hard to be neutral about Rick Santorum.

Start at the top of this link, to get a flavor, watch Gen. Boykin if you care, but do read, follow links if you choose, but get to the bottom of the post, the Santorum video, and see how the man adroitly defuses a gross stupididy of a tirade, dressed as a question.

That Santorum performance showed real guts to stand up as he did and say, "That is one of the dumbest things I have heard in my life."

Watch Rick. It will enlighten you to his character and gravitas. His willingness to correct misperception to maintain an anxiety-free civil discourse.

You gotta love Rick.

_____________UPDATE_____________
In parallel to a part of the above linked item, the part about poll results, Eric Ferguson has a fine MPP post, "Poll shows GOP primary voters find crazy at least plausible," which is genuinely objective in reporting on the polling, despite "crazy" in the headlining sounding subjectively judgmental. This link.

Two other links from Ferguson's post, here and here.
