Schultz sucks up to the NRA and handgun people. And he says he is for law and order. Not that as one point among much else. It is all he says, and his experience is zippo.
That while Ellison put away the murderer of this millenium, Chauvin.
This, pinned and featured Tweet of the candidate:
The people who get paid to trend that stuff downward are endorsing Jim Schultz right, left and center. What else can you say? Endorsed by police. Endorsed by Sheriffs. Endorsed by the people not doing the job. not adequately fighting crime, as Schultz's numbers starkly show.
They endorse him because they don't like Ellison's wanting policing reformed, they like the present status quo increases in crime or appear satisfied with it, and Schultz is the one blowing off claiming Ellison responsible for these cops and sheriffs letting crime run amok.
It is sick that people take that crap seriously. From a hedge fund lawyer. How gullible can people get? Ellison got justice for George Floyd's murder. By a cop. Where a three minute video showed the perp kneeling on Floyd's neck with three other cops there - two helping, one focused on crowd restraint. The crowd restless because they were witnessing a murder they could not stop or impede.
George Floyd being murdered in plain sight and on camera must be okay with Schultz since he's not even emitting a murmur against it.
Schultz is Mike McFadden's choice for AG. And Mike seems to be selling the brand.
It is offensive to any sentient citizen who does not want bad cops murdering black men. And the knee to the neck - Chauvin's done it before. The video shows a man with practice. That level of "policing" needs fixing, and Ellison has supported fixing it and all the cop organizations and sheriffs like situation normal, status quo fine, and the AG office should be held by one who'd look the other way?
Sick. Sad. Wrong.
Try this. Go to the Schultz Twitter history. Do a simple word search for "policy."
There is nothing there. He has no policy. Just the same tired - crime up, Ellison is at fault - elect me mantra.
Then sucking up the endorsements from those tasked to keep crime down.
Murder up 9%. Endorsed over and over by handgun proliferation advocates. Go figure.
Back to the headline - there's never been a drive-by knifing. Keep that in mind.
