14 of Minnesota's 20 top-paid state workers are shrinks.

 Link. If the governments treated people better there'd likely still be outliers, people needing mental help. But fewer. It must be more cost effective to have high paid shrinks than well treated people. Some bean counter probably has an Excel spreadsheet to show cost/benefit, under assumptions.

Bless those counting beans. They are on the first floor of hospitals and other health treatment outlets, and you cannot get to the upper treatment floors without having properly counted beans (a/k/a coverage). Bless how things are done.
