Was McGlone ever an ICSC member or affiliate, or is he doing some kiting of the resume because the City of Ramsey (against better judgment) voted to spend much good city money to send McGlone to Las Vegas meetings of that organization; presumably with that being his sole and only contact with the Shopping Center trade association? Getting to go to Vegas this year and previous years, with that being it? Or did he pay to make himself a trade association member? See the pdf doc, this link, at p.24 and onward. Here is a second LinkedIn page where McGlone claims a membership in the ICSC. It raises the question of whether the city was paying for his attendance at an annual meeting where McGlone was sent there to be representing the City, and at the time he was there spending time representing himself and his own independent intersts, as an ICSC member.
