Olberman and Maddow had talking heads, I did not see any part of the speech, but so far it looks as if it is lots of smoke and mirrors and consumers will end up feeling raw and used. Single payer would be an improvement, a true reform, but what is going on is simply a travesty and it should end up with a lot of incumbents challenged and defeated in Democratic primaries. It is an insult to thinking citizens. Calling the sorts of things that the politicians in DC are up to "reform" is a disservice to the English language. An insult to the intelligence of the public.
Any smoke and mirrors thousand page effort is suspect, for something that could be done in twenty-six pages or less. End of story.
