It seems voters who elect the Ramsey City Council members would appreciate having such news provided as part of any story. Whatever the decision, who voted which way is crucial information to report.

My inquiry of Ramsey officials revealed the change was passed on a 5-0 vote. Randy Backous was absent but indicated if he'd have been there it would have remained unanimous to try a new direction.
