How should you interpret an SEC filing saying we cannot submit a required form on time because we are unsure how really bad the company's posture is, and are awaiting word from our auditors. Lawsuits and regulators are pressing us. The crypto winter has touched us in ways we still need to ascertain. "Going concern" status remains an open question.

Can you say, "Silvergate?"

In addition, the Company is evaluating the impact that these subsequent events have on its ability to continue as a going concern for the twelve months following the issuance of its financial statements. The Company is currently in the process of reevaluating its businesses and strategies in light of the business and regulatory challenges it currently faces.
