He hedges a bit on sulfide-mining characterization, but the Talon firm's promotional material from last year clearly says: sulfide (however, per British alternative spelling "sulphide" - e.g., here and here). This one - unlike Polymet and Twin Metals - is not on federal lands within the State of Minnesota.
