With Ramsey's head planner having taken a job in Stillwater, MN, somebody else will be serving that function. All the stuff that gets TIF and other subsidy, and citizens pay for, will be kicked around by the hob-nobbing officials, and the public has to attend in person to see the sausage being made. Otherwise . . .

The anonymous author of that site should take notice, and publish some sort of cautionary post in advance, rather than only critiquing post-meeting, since it is always better to post to those who've "been there, seen it live."
