Should Burns' prophecy prove true, expect a similar thing as was done with Nixon, where Ford was installed and granted a pardon, just if the guy would leave; the excuse being all else was being sidetracked over Watergate and DC needed to get back to the business of governing.
President Pence is not a happy anticipation. But with a Democratic House, if they can get Pence too, it would be as with Ford, the Speaker of the House next in line, and that might NOT be Pelosi. We await to see if Dan is a good forecaster.
