In a nutshell, Timmer has been unable to locate evidence of any single case Wardlow took to trial before a jury, ever, and got stonewalled when presenting the question to the Wardlow campaign.
A candidate for Attorney General without jury trial experience is like a fish out of water; and over a career that way spanning years, by now a dead fish.
UPDATE: With a degree of care, the above was revised. Timmer could find no evidence of jury trial experience, possibly a bench trial or two, possibly not as lead counsel. Timmer does report an effort for clarification directed to the Wardlow campaign which went unanswered.
