A CORRECTION: Tom Perez was NOT a 2016 superdelegate, according to Wikipedia. The sidebar has been corrected to reflect this.

Wikipedia lists 2016 superdelegates. Tom Perez's name is absent. My belief Perez was a superdelegate, to the point of discovering that the Wiki page exists without listing Perez, (that discovery being this morning), led to HAVING to post this correction. Tardy as to length of posting, not so as to learning of the error.

This correction is posted with apology to readers. However -

Each of the individuals including candidate Clinton in this image was a Clinton-voting superdelegate (as was William Jefferson Clinton); while if my counting is correct over seven hundred politicians and inner party functionaries were packed into things to lessen publicly elected delegate voting strength, which justifies criticism of the entire thing, especially how the inner party establishment was prejudging affairs as in the offending image.

Dislike here of the superdelegate situation remains unquelled. Factual correctness is always needed. Again-

TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE TOM PEREZ, NOW DNC HEAD, WAS NOT A 2016 SUPERDELEGATE. NOT FOR THE CLINTONS. NOT FOR BERNIE. NOT A 2016 SUPERDELEGATE FOR ANYBODY, ACCORDING TO WIKIPEDIA.
