RAMSEY - Prof. Darren lectures to the learned seven, on whereabouts of clear signs.

... and, appropriately, one sign at the morgue. ...

ABC Newspapers - Tammy Sakry, Oct. 9, 2010, reports online:

To make The COR more visible, three new signs will be installed along Highway 10.

The Ramsey City Council Sept. 28 unanimously approved three interim use permits for The COR signs at 14550 Armstrong Blvd. (the former Oasis Market site), on a property located approximately 2,600 feet east of Armstrong Boulevard and at 7157 Highway 10, the former Holiday Station site at the corner of Ramsey Boulevard.

The signs will support and help guide visitors into The COR development, said Amber Miller, city planning manager.

The sign for the former Oasis Market will be approximately 90 square feet, while the second sign will be south of the railroad tracks and across from the municipal center and will feature a pylon style sign identifying The COR and various tenants as well as an electron message center that could be used to promote various community events.

The third sign, at the former Holiday Station is contingent on approval by Minnesota Department of Transportation for an off-premise sign along a state highway.

No date has been set for the installation of the signs.
