The District 48 DFL site can be reached, here. It has a calendar of events that the hard-core folks can care about. Me, I want to go and get a group for Olson and Womens' Rights. Or, Obama, Olson and Womens' Rights.

It would be a shame if revolving door lobbying holds sway. It would be refreshing if that were not the case. Bob Olson looks like a quality person, not a career politician, not having ties to a family of other lobbyists, etc. Just a first-rate, quality human being. And he is on top of the issues, sound on the issues, no waffling from Bob Olson. A man whose word can be trusted.

TwoPuttTommy has a very interesting post blogged. It is about telling the truth vs. telling something else; and about more. It is worth having a look.

__________UPDATE__________
The other really fine thing I see about Bob Olson, I cannot find a single tie between him and James Norman, former City Administrator of City of Ramsey. Elwyn Tinklenberg has such ties, if a Norman link to Tinklenberg Group is what it suggests. Apparently Tinklenberg has in the past taken high-six-figure amounts of lobbying-consulting money from Ramsey while Norman was its chief of staff; and then after Norman's precipitous departure, Tinklenberg apparently took Norman onto his consulting-lobbying staff. There's a saying about dogs and fleas, and another about backscratching.
