That story means that Biden, if elected, can keep the 1% happy and the 99% fucked, but more aware of racism. Not good, but it's the fare being served you by mainstream media, this Reuters item being Exhibit 1.
It is not too hard to see through the "larger agenda," simply by distrust in a sane fashion. It's nothing but the old bait-and-switch. George Floyd being used. If you really expect police reform being a possible reality, hold another Occupy Wall Street session and see what happens.
