Such questions [skeletons?] seem to linger in the Coleman closet in that Coleman chum-provided low-rent garden apartment that's walking distance from Capitol Hill. The questions linger and rattle.
If suits and housing are the quid, what pro quo spectrum is in the equation? In the closet?
