While the answer is easy, take time to think about all the implications. Such as how a Rudy Giuliani is allowed by the system imposed upon us to prosper. Then the hard question - that system, if described in a single word, which works best, "sick" or "corrupt?" (Making it hard, you cannot choose both.)
