It takes only an aggressive plaintiff, a lawyer's retainer (and/or a contingency fee contract), and the filing fee for district court.
John "Johnny Northside" Hoff luckily attained amicus help (in a case still pending at the trial court level). Please join with me in hoping for a favorable post-trial motions decision. One favoring the First Amendment. One favoring speaking out when speech seems needed.
