Once again we must ask: "Why is such necessary and important legislation introduced in the House, now in control of American neo-fascists, instead of in 2009 when the Democrats controlled it by a wide margin (and ignored HR676)."
That's a rhetorical question. Diogenes had the answer. Dishonest men. Venal men. And women. Some of the faces have changed per the 2010 election, and greater venality reigns. But, Diogenes would 9.9 times out of ten have his lamp burn out and be unsatisfied, in DC, on Capitol Hill.
