I think this is a photo, from last fall, a few weeks later in the year than now, photo showing land I think is part of Jim Deal's 26 +/- acre TC land.

I think the picture is Deal's land, across Sunwood Drive from his insurance company building. From before the Nedegaard Town Center failure "cat" was let out of the bag. The bankruptcy papers were not filed against Nedegaard until late-November, 2006.
