Actually, maybe Elon or Google may make Venezula "self-driving." That may be the plan. AI used to make wellhead to the tanker all automated, self steering tankers to Gulf coast refineries, AI unloading and refining. Self driving tank trucks to the gas station, and robots to fuel your Lexis and check the oil.
Only that and a few porta-potties around for the few humans maintaining things and fixing breakdowns.
