"The Trump administration is suing California to quash its new net neutrality law."

The headline here is the headline WaPo used in its reporting, and that headline clearly defines the scope of the report. Read it. The reach is against "States' Rights," which Republicans have been known to drag out of their closet when it benefited their aims, and now, go figure. It becomes less an ideology than a device, the way Trump-Republican viewpoint elasticity shows itself. Yes, the Commerce Clause has had a broad reach since FDR days, but Team Trump inconsistency tells its tale. Net Neutrality is the sane way to benefit consumers, so what's the aim in opposing net neutrality?
