Mary Franson, a soap opera of a legislator - at least she was not stalked by Rep. Tom Hackbarth.

Do your own web search. Perhaps this extended word combo:

Mary Franson Eric Harpel Restraining Order City Pages Minnesota

An example, this search return via the DuckDuckGo search engine.

For about as objective a press report as one can write, the Hutchinson Leader, showing yeoman restraint given the situation and how it invites expansive commentary.

City Pages has published the restraining order paperwork, including the Franson affidavit reciting cause for issuance of a restraining order, here.

It looks to be day-time soap opera stuff, not ready for prime time. My favorite, from Minnesota House Representative Mary Franson (R), explaining herself and her situation to the court:

Pretend for a moment you are a seventh grade English teacher. What grade other than "F" could you give that?

Deformation? "I can bring charges for deformation against you but remember you can't against me." I might guess the intended word, but she [and the lawyer?] wrote it as "deformation." Here, for how "deformation" might fit possible conduct between these two (age-wise) adults.

To use a phrase I have seen used recently on the Republican blog, Residual Forces, Mary Franson truly IS "the gift that keeps on giving." A good turn of words, courtesy of Andy A.
