Would you pay more for clean energy in the future? What's clean energy? Who has any survey, and how good is such a survey?

An opening screenshot, click to enlarge and read, and for the full item, this link.

It is interesting the survey authors interpret things as the public being more willing to pay more, than Congress being willing to institute change. I presume the difference is due to some having a willing indentured enslavement to Grover Norquist - guess where, public or Congress. I bet if you put Grover atop a stack sniffing flue gases for a week he might show flexibility not presently in his being. That's a thought experiment. I am not suggesting anyone do it. Yet -- as a thought experiment it rocks.

Here. Here. Norquist, himself, is an energy device.
