Update on the Anoka Hennepin School District's consent decree ending anti-bullying litigation.

Strib's latest report is that the consent decree was approved by the judge presiding over the litigation, and is final.

There was a lot of coverage and if any links were wrongly given, or any other major error made, please email or leave a comment. I think I got it all error-free.

With Strib reporting that the scope of the AH decree was unprecedented, it probably will be trend-setting, nationwide. For that alone, it is worth reading. Sixty-one pages of legal stuff is long and can be tedious, but precedent is precedent, and  Rick Santorum cannot legitimately criticize it until he reads it, so, you too ...
