Strib reports likely expedited Minnesota Supreme Court appeal of the unallotment controversy.

It would be stupid to waste intermediate time and delay a definitive answer.

The case should be expedited to the front of the Minnesota Supreme Court docket. Anything less would be a disservice to the citizens and to the two other coequal branches, the legislature and executive. The judiciary owes respect to the other branches under the constitutional separation of powers architecture.
