Chicago Tribune online publishing of Gov. Rod B. timeline makes one ask Minnesota questions.

The timeline is here. The Gov's wife Patti earned $700,000 in real estate commissions from a home based business. It triggers in my mind, what did Minnesota insurance license holder Laurie Coleman earn, and when did she earn it? What for, what client, what services? She was not a Hays employee. She was identified as "an independent contractor." What kind and dollar volume of business was she bringing in the door at Hays? And if the $75,000 from the Houston oil-and-gas company was paid Hays, where did it end up? Who ended up with the cash?

A Google shows Tom Delay's wife was no stay-at-home non-earner either.
