The panel appears to be bipartisan/nonpartisan, with quality people willing to participate. This is NOT a Cato Institute level of Koch partisanship dressed as think tank, nor is it Sanders progressivism in outlook. The effort appears as if consciously aimed apart from advocacy and in search of common ground.
