RAMSEY --- Ooh, ooh, ooh - every time I read about it I get goosepimples of anticipation. Such a great idea.

This link. Sorry but I don't subscribe:

as always, click to enlarge, read, and weep - or guffaw

Wow, if only I were a subscriber I could log in and get the full exciting story.

This window of history is helpful, as far as it goes. We know to get out the torches and pitchforks, and go after this Scheib guy. With a vengeance.

Talk about a sandbur that continues to grab, stick, hold, and irritate with no end to it ...

But on the bright side, this history - it brought you Landform.

Rejoice. It brings you Flaherty.  And Collins.

Without this for a start Flaherty would have passed over. We'd have lost the chance to bankroll him.

_____________UPDATE____________
Taking 1998 per the screen capture above as the start of hijinks, this link. Somewhere in that ongoing history was a "rebranding" (which is a synonym for beginning use of a super-sized shovel, more or less).

A 1998 genesis means a fifteenth anniversary sometime next year. With the new council. And, has any reader wondered as I have, if things are rebranded "COR" then what's the purpose of the signs for "Town Center Gardens" and "Symphony at Town Center?"

Time to heat up the rebranding iron once again, at the far north side of the dream? Somebody's unfinished symphonY?
